Super special meal deal

I'm still feeling jet lugged but maybe it's just me reeeely tired from not sleeping for last 3 days,
Milo cooked 3 course meal for us last night. It was the yummiest surprise dinner ever!
We were so hungry after 6 hours rehearsal but we didn't know what to cook, only we knew was we didn't want fatty food. We went to PFS, Milo said he'll cook, so he picked all the ingredients. I helped chopping vegeiees.

Milo made up this amazing recipe that I couldn't possibly have come up with. The combination of all the spices and seasoning are so random to me that I couldn't imagine what the taste would going to be until I eat.
I want to tell everyone the recipe but I'm keeping it secret, cuz I don't want Jamie Oliver or Gordon Ramsey to knick his idea!
(I didn't have my camera with me, so we took pictures from Milo's MacBook photo booth. So you can't really see them properly but they looked really really good too!)

cous cous salad

chicken breast on the left (super special secret marinade recipe!)

Beetroot salad with special dressing
oh, maybe I should tell you what the secret recipe was, cuz I feel mean if I don't...
So here!

Main course
Chicken Breast

2 chicken breast
marinade in
4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
dried thyme
lots of capers finely chopped
soft brown sugar (1 tea spoon)
pink wine
in tin foil and wrap individually

put them in oven and cook

Starter 1
Beetroot salad with pomegranate dressing
beetroot diced
feta cheese (break it with your fingers, it make it look nicer!)
fresh coriander finely chopped
for the dressing.....
pomegranate extract (you can get it in a bottle from Turkish super markets)
extra virgin olive oil
season with salt and pepper

Starter 2
Cous Cous salad
soak cous cous in boiling water like how you normally cook
fresh mint finely chopped
red onion finely chopped
pine nuts
cherry tomatos chop
feta cheese (again break it with your fingers!!!)
mix them together

season with salt and pepper

Now Try! It's very healthy too!

But don't tell Jamie Oliver, Nigella Lawson, Gary Rhodes, Ainsley Harriott, Gordon Ramsey or Gillian McKeith from You Are What You Eat.
You can tell Delia Smith though, cuz she wouldn't bother copying the idea, she would think it's too adventurous for her... Safe x
