The Big Pink played in Sweden Way out west festival, Norway Oya Festival and Finland Flow Festival last weekend, Friday Saturday Sunday... We had lots of traveling/// Here we started from London Heathrow airport, we got up 5:30 in the morning.

We had Adam the bassist from Loverman helped us for these 3 shows as Leo our bassist couldn't make it. We never rehearsed with Adam, he just listened to our album and learnt all the bass part. When we were soundchecking I asked him if he want to go through particular songs, but he said no, and He completely nailed the live set. Amazing. He's also good fun to hang out. very nice dude.

this is the back of the letter, Milo is hiding the numbers, because he thought it was her number, but we later worked out that it was the day/month/year we played.

6am wake up call, we took a train from Göteborg to Oslo. it took 4hs.

it's easy to say who you think sucks, but you don't know how much hard work she has been through, she works really hard and she's a solo artist playing all these festivals and constant touring. she's a tough girl and I respect her. me and her had a really good chat about this.
I know she's famous and makes money and have all those people working for her. but still if she hasn't got the guts to be popular, she wouldn't be famous and wouldn't get lots of people to go to watch her shows.
whether you stay punk and being poor for fucking forever or become clever to actually use music business to be able to do what you want to do in the end... i've started to learn... x

i hate (popular/mainstream)music business,
i'm just a hater, yeah, i guess that's it. i would never go see lily allen perform or buy her music, it doesn't seem heartfelt to me, but that's my opinion eh

we are missing the point,
i never gave opinion about lilly's music whether i like it or not, whether i would pay to watch her show or buy her music.
i just personally don't like people leaving comments about my friend "she/he sucks"... whether you meant it as her music or her as a person as well.
it's only a blog, but this is my personal blog, it's not vice or doing it for someone.
fair enough, no offence, i just don't like her music, the end. that's an opinion. lots of opinions. it's good to share opinions. otherwise just delete comments if it's too offensive it's no big deal really.
It is very interesting for me to read that blog. Thank you for it. I like such topics and everything connected to them. I definitely want to read a bit more on that blog soon.
