Kinga rang me up at 9:50 this morning left me message she's going to London Field. Too early!!! I was sleeping till 2:30pm. (*I was up till 6 this morning) I went to the park at 4pm. Loads of people were there too. Very sunny and hot day.

Diesel U Music Radio

It's been a manic day. I haven't been to bed at all to start with, I haven't slept since yesterday. I had 2 meetings before the diesel radio show at 12pm, I had a quick meeting with Diesel at 10am and I was suppose to have a meeting with Chris Merok in the morning as well, he was also suppose to be my guest for the radio show, but he got locked in the office and coudln't let me in. The key for the automatic shutter wasn't working, the key was out of battery, so he put the key through the letter box for me to find this unusual battery in Dalston, it took me ages to find it, before that, I had to find a small screw driver to open the key and get the battery out... I was so ran out of time for the show... by the time I found the battery and opened the shutter it was already time for us to leave the office, but Chris bailed at last minutes. Great.

I got back just on time at the radio station

I've got Diesel Radio shows coming up, one is tomorrow 12-2pm live on air. It's the series I've done twice before.
Myself and a special guest will be hosting Agony Aunt style show.

Dark...

I had a meeting with Matthew today who is going to make a Comanechi music video, he made our last single "Death of You" video too. He told me he wants to make another one, he said we've got to make something that looks like it took £20,000 to make it look like it cost £100. Yes, I'm with you.

I've never seen this much rough storyboard ever before but I'll give it a go...

Back in Dalston in the evening, I haven't had bath since Lyon in Hilton Hotel, because our Gas is ran out and we can't find the Gas card to top up our credit... I popped in my neighbor Miriam and Jack's house wondering if I could borrow their bath, but I didn't ask them in the end, I was too embarrassed to mention. so No bath tonight again...

Comanechi weight loss plan

So I got back in London on 20th and went straight to rehearsal with Comanechi, then the next morning we flew to Lyon in France for Nuits Sonores Festival amongst Dizzee Rascal, Teenage Jesus & Jerks etc.I haven't really been in London much since this year begun. I've been using airplane more often than Tube or buses and filling in Landing card everytime I come back to London thinking I've just filled in this yesterday from NY to London, now I'm doing it again from Lyon to London!

We were booked to stay in Hilton hotel, we had a room each with double bed.

Seriously... I felt like my life is up graded. If you want to feel luxury but you are not rich, then try pretend you are a rockstar... you'll get treated differently...

I had loads of nice red wine and got so drunk.... French people loves hanging out talking forever...
We played at 1am. I don't have pictures of our live set as I didn't ask anyone to take, it was completely mayhem... great show, I sweated so much. I put on weight 2Kg in NY eating all those American dinner food every fuking day. I just found out from the scale in the hotel room, (Hilton Hotel have a scale in the bathroom!) but when I came back from the show at 5 in the morning, I weight myself again and I already sweated out 1.5kg!!! Almost I'm back in the shape! I set alarm to not miss breakfast though... I'm fucking staying in Hilton Hotel. I'm definitely not missing their good quality food!

I felt great surrounded by rich people with me looking wasted & fucked up.
So good...

We left Lyon at 8:30 in the morning, beautiful city. I was only there for less than a day. But I really loved the place. I wanna come back again.
