Japanese rock singer Karoi Kawamura died of breast cancer yesterday at age of 38. She had a 7 years old daughter and was a single mother.... I heard the news and I was really really sad and upset. Her mother also died of breast cancer when she was a teenager.
I'm also really sad for her 7 years old daughter who are left alone. Her granddad (the singers dad) is looking after her daughter now apparently.
The singer had one big hit song called "Zoo".
I wasn't her fan or anything, but I landed on her blog about a year ago. The day I landed on her blog she had a really cool post, since then I started to read her blog.
I couldn't remember what exactly she was saying on that post but I've just gone though her blog to find the page trying to remember what she said and I've just now found it!

I used to laugh about people saying "All your hard work will pay off".
Now I understand that
Things you get without effort you will loose at somepoint,
but things you get from all your hard work will stay with you forever and come with something extra.

People here read my blog might think I'm a fucked up animal with IQ of hamburger, I don't care.
But I do care about my friends/family who care about me, and I do care about friends/family I love.
I think about death a lot, but I don't want to die because of my friends who care about me.
I find suicide is a ego thing, how painful your life is, how depressed you are, the ones who will get the hardest time is the ones who are left alive who care about you.
Looking after yourself is for looking after the ones you love.

It was a very fun shoot. it always depends on getting on with photographers. If we click naturally between us, then photos always come out really well. also quick. I just walked out from the studio and came home. I bought this Strawberry Fanta on the way home, cuz it looked cool. Which country's is this? I'm not educated so I don't know. It was so pink and fake taste I won't buy it again.

Medical Check

Me and Robbie DJed at Queens of Hoxton on Friday night, and we cleared the entire floor with Dub Step.

So Robbie, Milo & I went to check our health last week, we checked EVERYTHING>>> we had blood test, electrocardiogram, I had my lungs x ray-ed etc etc.

Me and Robbie went to get our results on Friday afternoon. Apparently I'm lack of iron. That's why I can't get up in the morning. I need to eat more red meat. Everythingelse, we are healthy, we are not STDed either... Good to know.

after that we went to Dazed & Confused office in Old St. there will be 8 pages big feature of The Big Pink in NY in the Next issue, it will probably be just pictures of Milo & Robbie all over the pages although I'm prettier than them... !

Stag Night

My friend Ben Rayner got married and his wedding party was held on Friday, Unfortunately I couldn't make it as me and Robbie were DJing at Queen of Hoxton, but I attended his stag do last weekend. Are girls allowed? I went anyway. The front left with long blond hair is Ben. Congratulations Lauren & Ben!!! After drinking in a pub, we all went back to Aurther's house and got more drunk, we started arm wrestling, This is Dino and Jack.

Robbie's boring

I'm gonna blog the shit out today.
I'm so bored, I'm at Rex's studio today again!!! I said to Robbie last night that I'm not coming to the studio today cuz it's boring<<<< but Robbie rang me up this morning begged me to come with him, cuz he'll get bored otherwise, but he bores me to death, only he talks about is getting high and pussy.

Me & Robbie are at Rex's studio. Sunny day today but we are stuck in the basement right now... We are sorting out new "beats" for our live sets. Taking out all the live drums from the new recordings of the Big Pink album. It's a bit boring session but it's really important sorting this out before our rehearsal starting on Monday. Milo is still on holiday...

MTV Canada

Today The Big Pink had an interview with MTV Canada via Skype, they were filming us through Skype. (Milo was absent, I hope he doesn't feel left out, but he's on holiday like forever leaving us to work forever). The reason why I had to set up skype on my computer the other day was because of this interview, cuz Robbie doesn't know how to use it....
