I'm having a homesick. I don't know where I'm from anymore. Touring & Living in the US for nearly 2 months is making me miss this drink. Michelada (Spicy Mexican Beer).It's very easy to make, So I made it. You should try too!You need these ingredients (serves 2)
- Margarita salt
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 Bottles of beer (preferably Mexican)
- 4-5 dash Worcestershire Sauce (vegetarian brands are available)
- 4-5 Maggi liquid seasoning (you can find this in even Tesco Metro and it's only 6op!)
- 10 dash Tabasco (you probably need 2-3 dash but I like it hot)
1- Dip rims of 2 tall chilled glasses into a saucer of water, shake off excess, then dip rims into a saucer of salt.
2- Fill each glass halfway with ice, then about one-third full with lime juice, and top off each with beer.
3- Add Worcestershire and Tabasco to each. Garnish with lime wedges.
