Reflecting The Bright Lights

A couple of my blog posts and some comments from yesterday got removed, (not because I posted something dodgy, Blogger had a technical issue and the data went missing...)
So I'm reposting one of them as I told Zoniel to blog about this.
I was asked to get involved in this piece called Reflecting The Bright Lights: Glass Portraits by Walter Hugo.
Walter the artist built a room sized camera and is using a 18 century lens. It was live streamed by Nick Night at SHOWstudio yesterday.
Roughly 17 second I had to sit still staring at the lens into the bright lights.
Walter preparing the glass
then developing,
exciting moment.
You can see my image appearing in this clip.

Here!
Thank you Walter!
Carrie the director of SHOWstudio & Zoniel
The work was featured in Vogue (click to read the article) and eight of the glass portraits are currently on exhibit at SHOWstudio until July. Here is the link to their site.
