Carrie in the kitchen!

Carrie cooked very very nice chicken, bacon, mushroom, mascarpone pasta.her kitchen doesn't have a cooker, so she has this portable hobs. It was funny that she had to wipe off dust from her frying pan, that showed how often she actually cooks.

sam got mince pies for desert. we had them with cups of tea.

Rock 'n' Noodles

How do you want your ramen? Clear (veggie stock + salt), Soya (veggie stock + soy sauce) or Miso (veggie stock + miso)?

Test run for my new East London noodle bar.

This is veggie option, sliced smoked tofu instead of Chashu (nicely cooked sliced pork).

I made amazing soup stock (clear, soy sauce & miso), better than any restaurant in London I've ever tasted! Ask the guinea pigs tonight!!! I'm so excited, this is hopefully gonna make some money to do my band. I'm a survivor...

Bibimbap!

Yelle cooked korian dish Bibimbap last night. It's one of my favorite dish.

Soy sauce & garlic based minced beef and lots of vegetables!

The keys for Korean flavor are Chilli pepper paste called Gochujang, Sesame oil and Garlic.

Mmmmmm.....

Looks so delic!

put some nori on top and mix them all together, EAT!

Good Morning

No Offence

Nova and I went to the rapture gig at 100 club lastnight. They were awesome.

We bumped into our friends Emma & Henry at the gig, so we went for a drink after the show at Dean Street. Very nice posh bar+restaurant. This was the first time in ages I've been to posh bars. (financially not possible).

but now and then it's nice to go and treat yourself and make you feel like you are a middle class posh kid went to a public school, trust fund kid.... (No Offence.)

after Dean Street we went to the membership only Soho House, Emma is their membership.

This cocktail called Eastern Standard was so delicious.

here is the ingredients: fresh cucumber is the key for this cocktail.

I loved the West London night out.
