I feel much better now... I was so sick for the whole Easter weekend being stuck in bed, coughing nonstop, my chest was in pain I thought I was going to get Pneumonia. I was dead.
I hadn't been able to eat solid food for the last 4 days, but last night I cooked Tuna Tomato spaghetti.
Apart from tuna and tinned tomato, I put loads of crushed garlic & chilli to kill all my germs! plus capers, black olives, onion and parsley, parsley has lots of vitamin K, C, B1 & B2 and Folic Acid and it's really good for you!
oh, and here's the tip for "how to make pre-made corner shop hummus taste 100 times delicious". It's Very Easy!
