Summerly Salad

I love the weather, so sunny and hot! Selection of summerly salad I made, so nice to eat and drink outside with friends after work!

I made 3 salads, this is potato salad.

I added boiled eggs, my uncle used to do it. I used to love my uncle's potato salad.

Don't break eggs too small. it's nicer that way! add mayonnaise, mustard, fresh lemon juice, salt & pepper. (also those sliced veggie, before you add in mashed potato, sprinkle bit of salt and mix them, squeeze and rest them) 

King prawn, avocado, cherry tomato salad with cocktail sauce.

to make cocktail sauce: Mix ketchup, horseradish sauce, fresh lemon juice and dash of tabasco & worcester sauce, it's so tasty and easy to make!
