Sausage Fest Day 9 &10

Simon, Dom and me didn't sleep at all in Besancon, so hangover...

we left Besancon France to Martigny Switzerland on Thursday morning. Sometimes it's hard to find time to blog when I'm on tour, but I want to remember all these memories and beautiful views.
We were looking for Macdonalds on the way, we were all so hungry, me and Dom were craving for chicken nuggets. We've been eating ham & sausages everyday, we needed different type of meat in us.
But we had no luck finding Macdonalds, on this tour (every tour) we are on the tight budget, but since we couldn't find Macdonald, and eating left over rider for lunch in the van everyday, we decided to go to a nice restaurant for the first time on the tour.

more ham and cheese on the rider. I just can't stop eating them though, all the venues/promoters in Europe provide us very good cheese and ham.

after the soundcheck, we went back to our hotel, we were all going to have a few hrs nap before the show as we hadn't slept at all the night before but the hotel had Sauna, So Kiko, me and Dom chose sauna over sleeping to detox. It was so invigorating!!!
Back to the venue, the promoter provided us a very nice bottle of red wine

and this potato soup for starter, apparently the potato they used is only grow in Switzerland. I added some cheese in it, it was so delicious.

then the main dish was chicken & mushroom pie type thing and rice! was very good too. All the food, dinner on this tour has been very very good!

Simon looked really good last night, I found this red feather thing in the dressing room, I suggested him to wear it,

then he also found this head from the mixing desk booth. So he put it on top of his amp!
Simon said the nicest thing to me last night, "Keex, I've never ever said 'No' to any of your stupid ideas." and wore that red feather. I was very touched.

the show was really good, it's getting better and better every night.

Jane Lane supported us, the singer had really good deep voice and the drummer was so good.

we stayed up all night, didn't sleep at all.
