Simon (Klaxons) had his surprise birthday party at Bardens on Saturday. There were loads of his friends turned up to celebrate him. He's so loved up.

Hangover food

Japanese curry is a great hangover food! Usually we use carrot, onion & potato with meat, but instead I used summery veggies - aubergine, cherry tomatos & spinach with caramelised onion! Toppings: grated cheese.

p.s. I got so drunk last night.
