Started to rain really heavily. Patsy was pissed off her hair was getting wet.

Getting on the tube with 3 dogs were such a hard work. Like "mind the gap", I had to pick the dogs up so they don't drop in the gaps. Using escalators, I was so careful them to not get caught, ughhh. Stressful day.

I think they had a very fun adventurous day though!

Plus late night desert, my own new discovery cheese cake! Lemon and chilli! Mmmmmm.... yum. Lemon zest, sliced chilli & dash of chilli sauce. Check it out!

I don't know if lemon & chilli cheese cake actually exist somewhere. But I thought it would be nice to make it, and it was Ding Fucking Dong! Well... maybe just for me and Mia. We thought it really worked.
So easy, cheap and delicious, no oven to make. It cost me £3 to make the whole one, serves 8 persons.
combine digestives crumbs with melted butter to make the base in a tin. Mix well 300g of cream cheese, 1 tin (279g) of condensed milk and 2 x freshly squeezed lemon, put it in a fridge for 2 - 3 hrs to set.

Add any toppings, fruits or even chilli if you want.

Someday, I want to take part in come dine with me. Seriously!
